What You'll Earn $25.00/hour Promotion to Senior Lead upon certification Full-time benefits package Clear career path into District Operations Management Travel Benefits Hotel accommodations Daily meal per diem Mileage reimbursement Paid travel expenses, including approved tolls Consistent full-time work Schedule Overnight Shift Monday-Friday 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM What You'll Do Lead and coach overnight remodel crews Install and reconfigure steel pallet racking and shelving systems Remove and replace damaged fixtures and displays Install store fixtures and signage Read blueprints and layouts Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress Perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment What We're Looking For Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience Prior leadership or crew lead experience Ability to travel extensively throughout the year Comfortable working overnight shifts Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic Microsoft Office skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools Why SPAR?
