Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Drive sales by actively promoting merchandise and upselling when appropriate. Handle cash drawer transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management and reconciliation at the end of each shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance the shopping experience. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays. Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features and benefits. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance. Requirements Proven retail store experience is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Experience handling cash drawer transactions accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required. A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
