Full-time Position Summary We are seeking a polished and client-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join a high-performing retail team within a luxury environment. This individual will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional client service, relationship building, and strong product knowledge while delivering an elevated customer experience aligned with brand standards. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience Drive sales performance by achieving individual goals and developing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients Deliver elevated and personalized customer experiences while maintaining luxury service standards Maintain consistent follow-up regarding purchases, repairs, alterations, and client inquiries Resolve customer service concerns promptly and professionally Build and maintain an organized and active client book through proactive outreach and relationship management Support a collaborative and team-oriented selling environment Client Development & CRM Actively contribute to CRM initiatives and client retention strategies Grow and maintain a loyal client base through personalized outreach and follow-up Manage personal CRM KPIs and ensure accurate customer data capture Support in-store events, activations, and client engagement initiatives Visual Merchandising Support visual merchandising standards and maintain presentation aligned with brand expectations Partner with management to execute merchandising guidelines and maintain luxury presentation standards throughout the boutique Operations Adhere to company procedures, operational standards, and security policies Assist with opening and closing procedures, POS operations, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and stock organization Support inventory control and maintain stockroom standards to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications Experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, fashion, or high-end client service environments preferred Strong clienteling, relationship-building, and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented luxury environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of CRM practices and customer follow-up strategies preferred

Pay:
