Work Location:
Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Leadership & Team Management Provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to Authorization and Referral Specialists. Assists with onboarding, training, competency validation, and ongoing development of team members. Monitors staff productivity, work queues, quality metrics, and departmental performance indicators. Assists leadership in developing workflows, policies, and procedures that improve efficiency and patient access. Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with departmental standards and payer requirements. Serves as the primary escalation resource for complex referral and authorization issues. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of exceptional customer service.
