Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their overall experience Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are maintained at all times Manage customer orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash register operations Upsell menu items and retail products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and retail shelves, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities Train and supervise team members on food handling procedures, POS operations, customer service techniques, and sanitation practices Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments with strong knowledge of food preparation and handling Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and professionally Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen equipment operation Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor Previous retail or grocery store experience is a plus, along with basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they walk in!
