Varstaff is currently searching for Cart Attendants for multiple shifts in Cape Canaveral, FL. This role will be working outside Monday -Thursday 7am - 7pm Will require DBIDS Badge This is for our client Blue Origin. (aerospace) Blue Origin is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cart Attendant to support the daily operation of the company UTV's fleet. This role is responsible for issuing and receiving UTV's, maintaining accurate checkout records, inspecting carts for damage, and coordinating maintenance needs with the Fleet Maintenance team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is organized, and provides excellent customer service while ensuring fleet accountability. Key Responsibilities Check UTV's in and out to authorized employees and visitors. Verify and collect required personal information during the checkout process. Maintain accurate records of UTV's usage and assignments. Perform visual inspections of carts before and after each use. Document and report any damage, maintenance concerns, or operational issues to the Fleet Maintenance team. Ensure carts are returned on time and parked in designated locations. Monitor the cleanliness and overall condition of the UTV fleet. Assist with basic fleet organization and staging of UTV's for daily operations. Provide friendly and professional customer service while enforcing fleet checkout procedures. Follow all Blue Origin safety policies and operational guidelines. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, fleet, equipment, or administrative experience preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday. Preferred Skills Experience with fleet operations, equipment checkout, or inventory management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify maintenance concerns. Comfortable interacting with employees across multiple departments. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring Blue Origin's fleet of UTV's remains organized, accountable, and available to support daily operations across the site.
