About the Role We're an authorized AT&T partner based in Inglewood, CA, and we're looking for a driven and personable AT&T Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines — connecting customers with the AT&T products and services that fit their lives, whether that's through in-store retail sales, community outreach, or everyday customer support. Responsibilities Represent AT&T's products and services through in-store retail sales and direct customer interactions Conduct retail outreach in the Inglewood and greater LA area to expand AT&T's customer base Provide attentive, solutions-focused customer support to new and existing AT&T customers Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement Stay current on AT&T promotions, plans, and product updates through daily team trainings Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve the customer experience Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable talking to anyone A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help people Competitive mindset with the drive to hit goals and grow professionally Ability to work both independently in the field and as part of a close-knit team Prior experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus — not required
