Job Description
Job Summary As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will provide an excellent customer experience for our guests. Furthermore, you will be in charge of taking reservations, managing the tee sheet, collecting greens fees, selling shop merchandise and assist in coordinating special events.
Responsibilities Book reservations and manage the tee sheet. Maintain the merchandise, assist in putting out new product, handling promotions. Help with monthly inventory checks Answer the phones Open the property and pro shop daily, Close the pro shop daily Effectively maintain good public relations and assure that a friendly, cordial atmosphere is maintained at all times while serving the public Advertise and promote the golf course Coordinate with all other departments to insure the operation is running smoothly. Be able to handle difficult guest situations confidently and appropriately. -Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds -Training and assistance in on boarding of new employees
