The store emphasizes a polished and organized shopping environment that reflects the quality of brands we carry. We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers, maintaining professionalism, and contributing to a team-oriented workplace. This is a full-time position. Team members must be available to work weekends and holidays. The starting wage is $19 per hour , with additional earnings through sales commission . Applicants must be willing to work overnight shifts from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance and Sales:

Provide a welcoming experience for customers by answering questions, helping them choose variety of products. Recommending items that fit their needs and suggesting additional products when appropriate.

Product Awareness:

Develop a clear understanding of the products sold in the store including their uses and advantages so you can confidently explain options and up-sell customers with their purchases.

Stock and Inventory:

Unload and sort new deliveries, replenish shelves and display areas and help monitor inventory levels so products remain available and properly organized.

Store Appearance:

Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented store by completing cleaning duties and keeping merchandise displays tidy and visually appealing.

Checkout and Payments:

Operate the store's point-of-sale system to complete purchases accurately Handle forms of payment responsibly

Policy Compliance:

Follow all store policies and guidelines, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure customers receive service that reflects the standards of a specialty retail shop. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation to and from work Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required Bilingual skills are considered an advantage Dependable with a positive, sales-driven attitude Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Able to work independently when needed Basic math and computer knowledge for handling sales and inventory tasks Professional behavior with a focus on customer satisfaction
