Job Description - Retail Sales Associate (Buy/Sell/Trade Teen Clothing Store) We are looking for a fashion-forward, customer-focused team member to join our buy/sell/trade retail store. This role involves assisting customers with purchases, buying gently used clothing, and helping create a fun, trend-driven shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers immediately and create a welcoming, upbeat store atmosphere Assist customers in finding trendy, in-demand styles that fit their needs and personal aesthetic Stay up to date on current fashion trends, brands, and resale values popular with teens and young adults Recommend outfits and suggest additional items to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories based on store guidelines, style, and condition Clearly communicate buying decisions in a professional and respectful manner Price, tag, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor Maintain visually appealing displays and keep the store clean, organized, and on-brand Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for sales, buys, and returns Help achieve individual and store sales goals through strong customer service and product knowledge Promote the store's buy/sell/trade concept and encourage repeat visits

Requirements:

Passion for fashion, especially teen and young adult trends Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Availability for weekday mornings, mid-shifts, nights, weekends and holidays Reliable transportation
