Benefits Employee Discounts 401K Matching Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process customer orders accurately. Prepare beverages and food items using proper formulas, measurements, and procedures. Prep, finish, and fill donuts and help set up the food and beverage line. Package customer orders for takeaway. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, pricing, and promotions to answer customer questions. Handle basic customer inquiries regarding menu items, pricing, payment methods, and promotions. Operate the cash register and process customer payments while following company cash-handling procedures. Ability to count and provide correct change is required. Stock and replenish the food counter, beverage stations, and coolers as needed to maintain efficient operations. Maintain required logs, checklists, and operational records. Follow all company and state guidelines related to food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Assist with in-store promotions and communicate specials to customers when needed. Help prevent loss by remaining aware of potential shoplifting, theft, or security risks and reporting concerns to management. Clean and maintain work areas, floors, displays, and restrooms to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Must be able to use cleaning tools such as mops and brooms and follow company cleaning procedures. Maintain visibility on the floor and acknowledge customers throughout the shift. Support other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Previous food service or customer service experience preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to read price information and read English sufficiently to review customer checks, credit cards, identification, and similar materials. Basic mathematical skills (including addition and subtraction) to calculate menu prices, operate the register, and understand promotions. Manual dexterity to operate equipment, registers, and package goods. Ability to bend, reach, stretch, sit, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 lbs. from storage areas to counters, refrigerators, or coolers. Visual and auditory ability to safely perform duties and recognize potential shoplifting, safety issues, or concerning behavior inside and outside the store. Ability to read materials at close range. Ability to learn and perform essential job functions accurately with minimal supervision within a reasonable timeframe.
