Full Job Description Starting Pay:

$13.00 per hour + tips Sugar Milk is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic team members to join our team! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great customer service. No prior boba experience is necessary, we'll teach you everything you need to know! What You'll Do Prepare boba teas, specialty drinks, ice cream, and other menu items Provide friendly and welcoming customer service Take customer orders and operate the POS system Follow recipes and preparation standards to ensure consistency Prep ingredients and restock supplies throughout the shift Maintain a clean and organized work area Wash dishes and clean equipment as needed Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work together with other team members to keep the shop running smoothly Complete opening and/or closing duties depending on your scheduled shift What We're Looking For Friendly and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties Previous restaurant, café, boba, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Availability We are looking for team members with flexible availability. Weekend availability is important, and applicants who are available for a combination of weekdays, evenings, mornings, and weekends are preferred. Why Work at Sugar Milk?
