The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, knowledgeable about smoke and vape products, and confident in building customer relationships while driving sales. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the right products, answer questions, provide product recommendations, process transactions, and help maintain an organized, visually appealing store. You will also play an important role in achieving sales goals and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience. Welcome customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best products. Stay current on smoke and vape industry trends, products, and regulations. Meet or exceed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Build strong customer relationships through product knowledge and personalized service. Actively engage customers and promote additional products through upselling and cross-selling. Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle returns and customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales displays. Follow inventory control procedures and assist with stock management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications Required:

Previous experience working in a smoke or vape shop is required. Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar sales role. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English. Basic math skills and experience handling cash and POS transactions. Knowledge of inventory management procedures. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic. Ability to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
