And we're looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Front Desk Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. What You'll Do Create an exceptional first impression —every client, every time Educate clients on our services and confidently recommend the right IVs, injections, and memberships Drive daily sales goals , including memberships, packages, and add-ons Manage bookings, client profiles, and checkouts with attention to detail Keep the lounge environment clean, organized, and welcoming Work closely with nurses to ensure a smooth, elevated client experience Who You Are Outgoing, energetic, and naturally engaging Sales-minded —you enjoy recommending, upselling, and closing Goal-oriented —you get excited about hitting (and exceeding) targets Strong communicator with a confident and friendly presence Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or wellness preferred What We're Looking For We are NOT looking for someone who just "checks people in."
