Bilingual candidates (English and Mandarin) are highly preferred! Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their dining experience Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process orders and payments accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick turnaround and satisfaction Assist in product recommendations and suggestive selling to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food prep areas and customer service stations Handle cash register operations, processing cash and card transactions with precision Assist in simple food/beverage preparation tasks when needed, following standard food safety guidelines Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus / highly preferred Excellent customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude Previous experience in quick-service restaurants, retail, or food service is a plus, but no experience required (paid training provided) Strong communication and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices is helpful Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, or weekends (we work around student class schedules!)
