Wednesday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-3pm About 16hrs a week
Job Overview:
Florida Pools Plus is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Associate with a good attitude to join our team at our retail pool store. Our Store Associate would be responsible for providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers, assisting them with purchases, answering questions or concerns they might have, and maintaining a well-organized store. Pool maintenance knowledge is a plus, but not needed. Training will be provided if necessary!

•Dress code is clean cut and professional. Casual but no baggy clothing, hats, hoodies, etc.

Duties:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests in a respectful and professional manner. Keep a clean and tidy store and ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and priced. Organize merchandise on shelves and restock them when they become empty. Keep note of inventory and report to owner if more products need to be ordered. Assistant customers with purchasing products, and refilling chlorine jugs. Test customers pool water to see what chemicals are needed in order to keep water clean. Provide customers with help when they have questions or concerns, and if unsure communicate with owner in order to assist customer to the fullest capacity.
Skills:
Detail-oriented, clean, organized. Excellent customer service. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Ability to lift a moderate weight and stand for periods of time. Experience working in customer service and retail is a plus. Experience in pool maintenance is a plus.
