As a Sales & Service Associate, you'll create a welcoming in-store experience by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and introducing the Frontier brand through friendly, face-to-face conversations. Every Sales & Service Associate receives hands-on training while building communication, customer service, and professional skills in a supportive retail environment. What You'll Do as a Sales & Service Associate Welcome shoppers and create a positive first impression of the Frontier brand. Introduce the brand, current promotions, and available products in a friendly, engaging way. Learn what each shopper is looking for and recommend options that fit their needs. Guide interested customers through enrollment while representing the brand with professionalism. Help maintain a positive in-store experience that reflects the values of the brand. Continue developing your communication and retail knowledge as a Sales & Service Associate through ongoing coaching. What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
