Ability to do physical labor and tasks A valid drivers license Ability to work effectively as a member of a team Ability to follow guidance and instructions Ability to work extended hours and some weekends Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Purpose:

To assist in general operations of a construction job site. A crewman will be responsible for traveling to a job site and working with fellow crewman and operators on various construction tasks. Responsibilities Operate small equipment such as a skid steer, roller, or power broom Load and unload material Set up and maintains erosion control Use hand tools Check and maintains grade stakes Set up and maintains traffic control General maintenance of equipment and tools Minor equipment repairs Jobsite cleaning Observe stipulated safety codes at all times Report injuries and equipment damage to management May be required to do general office work, shop work, or housekeeping The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping, bending and periodic lifting of heavy objects.
