Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Presser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the pressing and finishing of garments and linens to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and quality in the dry cleaning and hospitality industry. Duties Operate pressing machines to finish garments, linens, and other items efficiently and effectively. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all items are clean, pressed, and free of defects. Launder items as needed, following proper procedures for different fabrics and materials. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their items. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling for payments received. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to company standards. Experience Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions is essential. A background in hospitality or customer service will be considered a plus, enhancing the overall client experience. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
