Job Description

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading technology and identity verification provider to hire Fingerprint Technicians (Live Scan Operators) for a short term, high-impact project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. No fingerprinting experience is required! Comprehensive onsite training will be provided before the project begins. $20.00 per hour What You'll Do Welcome and check in applicants arriving for fingerprinting appointments. Verify government-issued identification and required documentation. Capture electronic fingerprints using Live Scan equipment. Assist with applicant flow and basic queue management. Provide professional, courteous customer service throughout the appointment process. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while processing applicant information. Follow all security and quality procedures. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working with computers and electronic equipment. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor. Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift. Must successfully pass a background check. (Fingerprint scan will be done on site prior to training) Must be available to work the entire project . Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM No overtime anticipated. Training Paid onsite training provided prior to project launch. No previous Live Scan or fingerprinting experience necessary.
