At AME Marketing Group, we focus on human-centered marketing and direct customer engagement, acting as an extension of the brands we represent. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering positive customer experiences while supporting sales and client service efforts. Responsibilities Represent clients professionally through face-to-face customer interactions. Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions. Build positive relationships by providing outstanding customer service. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Meet individual and team sales goals. Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
