Your responsibilities Exceptional and dedicated customer consultation as the cornerstone of your role Active selling of artworks Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued customers Ensuring a one-of-a-kind visit and purchase experience through engaging storytelling about the art Post-sales customer engagement for enhanced loyalty Support in the arrangement and inventory management of artworks Participation in planning and executing in-store events, including vernissages and artist talks Multi-channel focus: Online customer support through chat and video consultations Your profile Several years of sales experience, preferably in a gallery or with consultation-intensive products (e.g., fashion, interior, design) Outstanding sales and communication skills A proactive and hands-on approach to work Strong commitment to excellent customer service Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner while maintaining focus High level of engagement and willingness to adapt to a new environment Interest in photography; familiarity with digital image editing such as Photoshop is a plus You have fluent English language skills Why LUMAS?
