What You'll Do Lead Future Professionals through the full guest experience, from greeting and consultation to service completion, rebooking, and Take Home recommendations Deliver dynamic mini-classes and learning centers using Paul Mitchell's proven objective-based education system Conduct regular inspections to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and state board sanitation standards Drive product knowledge that benefits both guests and students through the Take Home Recommendation program Complete student evaluations, Service Tickets, and educational assessments to track and celebrate growth Use Paul Mitchell curriculum tools

• including Skill Cards and the 4-Step Program
• to guide every service Model professionalism, passion, and artistry every single day What You Bring Active Florida Cosmetology License
• current and in good standing 2+ years of industry experience
• salon or cosmetology educational background Strong communication and leadership skills
