Job Description
Overview The Posh Pineapple is looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused full-time team member to join us. We are seeking someone who genuinely loves helping customers feel confident, celebrated, and cared for — whether styling the perfect outfit, helping select a meaningful gift, or creating an exceptional in-store experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience Style customers and assist with outfit selections Curate thoughtful gifts for customers Maintain strong knowledge of current merchandise, brands, and product features Operate our POS system and accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges Restock and straighten the sales floor to maintain presentation Help keep fitting rooms and sales areas clean and organized Support inventory tasks and day-to-day store operations Assist during special events and occasional after-hours store events Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Team player with a positive attitude 5+ years of retail, styling, gifting, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable learning new technology and POS systems Passion for fashion, gifts, and creating memorable customer experiences Schedule & Availability Full-time position (36-40 hours per week) 5 days per week Includes approximately 2 Saturdays per month Some holiday weekends required Availability for a few after-hours events throughout the year About Us The Posh Pineapple is a lifestyle boutique offering clothing, gifts, accessories, and thoughtfully curated items in a welcoming and elevated shopping environment.
