Job Overview DR Aluminum is seeking a motivated, results-driven Independent Contractor Sales Representative to join our growing team. This commission-based position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. The Sales Representative will meet with residential and commercial contractors and customers, to understand their project needs, present customized solutions, prepare estimates, and manage the sales process through signed contracts. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred; construction or home improvement sales experience is a plus Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Proven ability to generate leads and close sales Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and mobile technology Basic understanding of measurements, pricing, and construction terminology preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be comfortable working in a commission-based independent contractor role.
