About the Role We are seeking polished, confident, and knowledgeable Live Beauty Sales Consultants to represent our growing beauty business through live online selling on platforms such as TikTok LIVE . This is a professional consultative beauty sales role performed live on camera . It combines the expertise of a beauty consultant, product educator, sales advisor, and engaging on-camera presenter. Our consultants work directly with a live online audience, helping customers discover and understand skincare, hair care, and beauty products , compare options, learn how products are used, and make informed purchasing decisions. We operate both an English-language channel and a Spanish-language channel , making bilingual candidates especially valuable. The ideal candidate has a polished and professional presence, strong beauty product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers while confidently driving sales during live broadcasts. What You'll Do Host professional live online beauty sales broadcasts Serve as a trusted beauty consultant and sales advisor to viewers Educate customers about skincare, hair care, and beauty products Explain product features, ingredients, benefits, and proper use Demonstrate products confidently and professionally on camera Compare products and help customers determine which options best fit their individual needs Answer customer questions live and in real time Build credibility and long-term trust with viewers Create an engaging, conversational, and elevated online shopping experience Use consultative sales techniques to convert viewers into customers Present promotions, bundles, featured products, and limited-time offers Maintain professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm throughout extended live broadcasts Help develop a loyal returning customer base and online community Represent our company and the products we sell in a polished, knowledgeable, and professional manner Compensation This position offers significantly greater earning potential than a traditional hourly beauty consultant or retail beauty advisor position.

This is a performance-driven sales position, so candidates who are exceptional at building customer relationships, educating viewers, and closing sales have substantial earning potential. Schedule & Availability Flexible availability is a MUST for this position. This is a full-time role , and because our live sales channels operate across multiple selling periods, candidates must be comfortable with a flexible schedule that may include: Daytime shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekends Holidays Schedule changes based on live-selling demand and business needs Candidates must also have reliable transportation and the ability to consistently commute to our studio in the Ives Dairy Road / I-95 area of North Miami, Florida 33179. This is an in-person position and cannot be performed remotely.
