The ideal candidate will possess a passion for optical and retail sales, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with their glasses and eyewear needs while ensuring an engaging shopping experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant environment that values excellent customer service and sales excellence. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting eyeglasses Provide expert advice on eyewear selection, proper frame fit Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management. Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with quality products. Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to book appointments, answer questions and provide eyeglass frame and lens recommendations. Assist in inventory control and order processing through e-commerce platforms. Ensure the store environment remains clean and welcoming. Requirements Previous experience in retail eyeglass sales is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
