Job Description
Sales & Member Experience Associate 305 Yoga | North Miami $21/hour + uncapped commission + paid time off + yoga benefits Part-time | Approximately 18-22 hours/week 305 Yoga is hiring two experienced salespeople who love people, are motivated by financial opportunity and love the thrill of the close. We're a 20-year-old yoga community focused on physical and emotional wellness. Our vibe is warm, casual and organic — real people, real bodies, real life. We do not sell body shape or weight loss. Bit, please make no mistake: this is a sales job. Maybe you were the server who consistently outsold everyone else on the floor. Maybe you come from wellness, hospitality, retail or membership sales. You genuinely care about people AND you love making the sale. The Earning Opportunity We already have an effective lead-generation system and a steady stream of new people walking through our doors. You don't need to build your own book of business — the opportunities are already here. Your job is to connect, build trust, follow up, work through objections and close. Commissions are $50-$100 per membership sale , plus additional commissions on teacher trainings, retreats, special experiences and Thermal Garden services. For a strong closer, commission can rival — or even exceed — your hourly pay. This is a part-time job with real earning potential for someone who knows how to sell. The person who thrives here is energetic and driven, yet gentle. Our clients have real objections — money, time, fear, schedules, commitment. You need the confidence to stay in the conversation, understand what's really holding someone back and move toward the sale kindly and compassionately without becoming pushy. What You'll Do Follow up with leads by phone, text and email Welcome and nurture new clients Manage objections and close memberships Identify sales opportunities within our existing client base Maintain consistent follow-up and detailed account notes Handle freezes and cancellations, including retention and downselling when appropriate Sell higher-ticket programs, retreats and experiences Track leads and sales activity in our online systems Support front desk operations and basic studio/property upkeep You Should Be Experienced in sales — required A confident closer who enjoys goals and commission Warm, personable and genuinely good with people Comfortable picking up the phone and calling leads Proactive, organized and strong with follow-through Tech competent with Google Workspace and web-based software Reliable and punctual Love yoga? Huge bonus. But we'd rather hire a great salesperson who connects with our mission than a yogi who doesn't love selling. Schedule This is an in-person position in North Miami , approximately 18-22 hours per week. We are hiring for multiple shifts, with opportunities for additional hours based on performance and business needs. Our studio operates weekday mornings approximately 8:30 AM-12:30 PM , weekday evenings 5:30-9:00 PM , and weekend mornings approximately 8:30 AM-12:30 PM , with earlier mornings during high season. Weekend availability is required. Occasional special events may fall outside regular hours. Because of Miami traffic, this role is best suited to someone who lives reasonably close to North Miami. Reliable transportation and dependable, on-time attendance are essential. Our Environment 305 Yoga is a casual, barefoot and naturally warm studio. We do not use air conditioning during yoga classes. Windows are open, fans are running and cold neck towels are available. You must be comfortable working in a warm environment. Compensation & Benefits $21/hour + uncapped commission + paid time off + yoga benefits Paid time off becomes available after six months of employment. Additional unpaid time off may be available with advance notice and approval. If you love people, love selling and love turning a "maybe" into a "yes," and you'd like to use that talent somewhere that genuinely helps people, we'd love to meet you.
