JOB DESCRIPTION

Mar & Campo is looking for an energetic, personable and responsible Store Team Member to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish, and is willing to help with the day-to-day operation of the store. Retail or sales experience is welcome, but not required. We value a positive attitude, responsibility, good communication skills and willingness to learn. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities Assist customers and help them find the right products Answer questions and provide product recommendations Assist customers at the counter Operate the POS system and process sales Restock and organize merchandise Assist with inventory counts Keep products, displays and the sales area organized Help with general day-to-day store operations What We're Looking For Able to communicate comfortably with customers in both English and Spanish Friendly, energetic and comfortable interacting with customers Responsible, organized and willing to learn Currently studying or with previous education/training Retail, sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Argentine and South American food, culture and products is highly valued Currently authorized to work in the United States Available for part-time or full-time work

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
