We are looking for an energetic, dependable Automotive Detailing Sales Specialist who enjoys working with customers, learning about automotive detailing products, and helping people find the right products for the job. Position Overview This is a retail sales and customer service position with a strong focus on automotive detailing products and solutions . You do not need to know everything about detailing when you start. We provide product and detailing training. However, you must be willing to learn, ask questions, and develop the knowledge necessary to confidently recommend products to customers. Our customers come to us for more than just products. They expect knowledgeable advice. You will learn how different chemicals, tools, machines, pads, towels, and detailing processes work so you can help customers choose the right solution for their vehicle or detailing business. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service Ask questions to understand what the customer is trying to accomplish Recommend appropriate detailing products, chemicals, tools, and equipment Explain product differences, uses, and proper application Learn our product lines and stay knowledgeable about new products Assist professional detailers and consumers with product selection Demonstrate products and detailing techniques when appropriate Process purchases accurately through the point-of-sale system Answer customer questions in person and by phone Help customers locate products throughout the store Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves and displays Receive and organize inventory Maintain a clean, professional, and well-organized store Help identify opportunities to increase sales through appropriate product recommendations Assist with promotions, workshops, demonstrations, and special events Support other team members and store operations as needed The goal is for every Sales Specialist to understand what a product does, how it is used, and which product is appropriate for the customer's needs. Qualifications Retail, sales, automotive, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Automotive detailing experience is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable approaching and assisting customers Willingness and ability to learn a large selection of detailing products Dependable and punctual Positive, professional attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using a point-of-sale system and handling transactions Able to stand and remain active throughout the shift Able to lift and move merchandise as required Must keep the store clean, stocked, and organized Weekend availability may be required What We Are Looking For We want someone who does more than simply ring up purchases. Pay:
