Part-Time Worship Leader Location:
Plant City, FL Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, Spirit-led Worship Leader to lead and cultivate a powerful worship environment. This individual will be responsible for leading worship during Sunday service, developing team members, and aligning the worship ministry with the vision and values of our church.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead worship for weekly Sunday services and occasional special services/events
- Recruit, train, and develop musicians and vocalists
- Lead weekly rehearsal
- Foster a culture of worship, unity, and spiritual growth within the team
- Coordinate with media team.
Qualifications:
- Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle of worship
- Prior experience leading worship in a church setting (Assembly of God or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in vocals and at least one lead instrument (guitar or keys)
- Ability to lead blended worship style.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Familiarity with modern worship tools and technology
