We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Counter & Assembly Representative who enjoys working in a professional environment and takes pride in doing things the right way. Position Overview This role combines front counter customer service and garment assembly/quality control . You will be responsible for interacting with customers and ensuring every order is processed accurately, carefully, and efficiently. We are hiring a highly experienced Counter & Assembly Representative who understands the standards of a luxury or premium dry cleaner . This is not an entry-level role . Key Responsibilities Front Counter / Customer Service Greet customers professionally and create a positive experience Enter orders accurately into the POS system Explain services, pricing, and turnaround times Handle payments and customer questions Keep the front counter clean, organized, and presentable Garment Assembly & Quality Control Match garments to orders with high accuracy Inspect items for cleaning quality, finishing, and completeness Assemble and package orders according to company standards Organize completed orders for efficient pickup Verify order accuracy before release Team Support Work closely with production staff to ensure timely completion Help maintain workflow during busy hours Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Requirements Prior experience in a dry-cleaning environment preferred (premium/luxury experience is a strong plus) Strong customer service or retail experience may also be considered Fluent in English (spoken and written) Good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Basic computer and cash-handling experience Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
