Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out of their luggage or personal items at the designated bag drop area Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and secure storage of all guest belongings using POS systems and manual record-keeping methods Maintain a high level of guest service by answering questions, providing directions, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols rigorously, including manual handling techniques, heavy lifting procedures, and adherence to security measures Manage cash transactions accurately when processing payments for bag storage or related services Collaborate with event staff to coordinate guest flow and address any conflicts or concerns efficiently Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bag drop area, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff Experience Prior experience in events management or hospitality environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle conflict management with tact and professionalism Experience working with children or in family-friendly venues is a plus Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and basic math skills for transaction processing Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR, first aid, lifeguard experience, or outdoor work experience enhances your suitability for this role Background in food service, resort operations, theater production, or outdoor event settings is advantageous Strong customer service skills with excellent public speaking abilities to engage confidently with diverse audiences Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, meticulous organization, and unwavering safety standards.
