Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories while promoting private lessons and school programs. You will lead by example on the sales floor, mentor associates, process transactions, manage merchandising, and support store events.
