Role:

Brevard Armory LLC is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Part-Time Gun Sales Associate to join our team in Melbourne, FL. If you love firearms, enjoy helping customers find the right product, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting firearms, ammunition, and accessories based on their needs Process firearm transactions in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ATF Form 4473 Conduct NICS background checks accurately and efficiently Maintain product knowledge on handguns, rifles, shotguns, and related gear Ensure proper merchandising, inventory organization, and display of firearms and accessories Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with gun enthusiasts and first-time buyers alike Assist with receiving, logging, and tagging new inventory

Requirements:

Must be 18+ years of age and legally eligible to handle firearms Prior firearms retail or gun shop experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of federal and Florida state firearms laws and regulations Familiarity with ATF compliance, Form 4473, and NICS background check procedures Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends Passion for firearms, hunting, shooting sports, or self-defense a plus
