Summary As a Greeter at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Located in a lively environment, this role is crucial in ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued as they enter our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide them with seating options. Manage the waitlist efficiently to ensure timely seating for all guests. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate guest flow and service needs. Assist guests with inquiries about menu items and restaurant services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area to create an inviting atmosphere. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Provide information about promotions or events happening at the restaurant. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication skills to engage with guests positively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Familiarity with restaurant operations is beneficial but not required. Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Excellent guest relations skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
