2015 registered company. General Data Company is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to support our external Direct Sales Reps.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter sales orders into the Company ERP system. Process orders as required. Maintain a 95% accuracy or better. Ship orders as required by the Customer. Perform various Administrative duties as requested. Process art. Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workspace. Other duties that may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Education and Experience:

1-3 years experience in customer service, sales support, or help desk capacity required. Experience in manufacturing is a plus. Label experience is also a plus.

Required Skills and Behaviors:

Self-starter, who can exhibit a track record of developing customer relationships in telephone conversations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact and communicate with customers and other General Data team members. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities. Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with proficient keyboard/typing skills. Ability to meet or exceed goals set by the company.

Work Availability:

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as is determined by management. Must be available and willing to work weekends and/or holidays as the employer determines are necessary to meet business needs.

Position Type/Expected Work Hours:

This is a full-time, onsite position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
