FIND is a 50+-year-old nonprofit headquartered in Pisgah Forest, NC whose mission is to provide all people with education, recreational and interpretive opportunities about natural resources and cultural history. FIND Outdoors serves over 800,000 visitors each year with over 150 educational and recreational programs, special events, and tours, and manages 15 recreations, education, and camping facilities in North Carolina, Kentucky and Georgia. In addition, FIND offers our visitors forest- related gifts, education resources, and provides partnership opportunities for the health of our forests and the safety of our forest users on public and private lands. FIND Outdoors is seeking enthusiastic, dependable team members to join our staff at Anna Ruby Falls Visitor Center across multiple roles, including retail associates, maintenance team members, and ticket booth associates. Successful candidates are friendly, adaptable, and committed to creating positive experiences for visitors while supporting the care and operation of our sites. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities vary by role but may include: Welcoming and assisting visitors in retail and visitor center settings Providing accurate information about products, services, programs, and site features Answering questions and ensuring a high level of customer service Maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities and grounds Stocking merchandise and assisting with inventory Supporting daily site operations and special events Operating shuttle vehicles safely (for driver roles) Addressing visitor concerns with professionalism and positivity Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment Ability to adapt in fast-paced or outdoor settings Dependability and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math and problem-solving skills (for retail roles) Previous experience in retail, customer service, maintenance, or similar roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred For more information on individual roles, the site, and our organization: Please see our website-https://find.catsone.com/careers/ Applications are accepted through both Indeed and our website.
