Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves regularly Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to increase sales Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and supporting inventory management processes Communicate clearly with team members about store operations, customer inquiries, and product information Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
