Our booth is one of the busiest at the flea market, and we're looking for an energetic, outgoing person to help customers and keep operations running smoothly. Position Part-Time Sales Associate Schedule Saturdays & Sundays 9am to 6pm Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly attitude Demonstrate RC cars and toys to customers Answer questions and recommend products Process cash and card payments Keep the booth organized and stocked Help unpack, set up, and break down merchandise Assist with inventory counts Create a fun shopping experience for families and kids

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly and outgoing Reliable and punctual Comfortable talking to customer Quick learner Honest and trustworthy Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required Passionate about sales (RC experience is a plus, but we'll train you) Preferred Qualifications Retail or customer service experience Sales experience Weekend availability Pay Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance bonuses available Employee discounts Growth Opportunities We're expanding rapidly into online sales (TikTok Shop, eBay, and more) and additional locations. Employees who perform well can grow into leadership, inventory management, online fulfillment, and event management roles.

Pay:

$11.00 - $12.00 per hour
