What You'll Do As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will help customers find the right Honda vehicle while building relationships that bring them back to our dealership for years to come.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and making them feel welcome throughout their dealership visit. Listening to customers, understanding their transportation needs, and presenting Honda vehicles that match their preferences. Explaining vehicle features, safety equipment, and technology while conducting product demonstrations and test drives. Assisting customers throughout the purchasing process, from their first visit through the final vehicle delivery. Developing long-term relationships through customer follow-up, phone calls, emails, repeat purchases, and referrals. Using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, schedule appointments, and manage sales opportunities. Working closely with sales managers, finance managers, and other team members to provide a positive buying experience. Staying informed about Honda models, vehicle technology, and available features. Working toward individual sales targets while supporting the dealership's overall performance. Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Honda Windward with honesty, integrity, and pride. What We're Looking For You do not need an automotive sales background to apply. We value individuals who enjoy working with customers and are motivated to build a successful career.

A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and desire to succeed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to connect with people and develop lasting customer relationships. A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to their work. A willingness to learn new products, technology, and sales techniques. Basic comfort with computers, smartphones, and customer management systems. The ability to work independently while contributing to a team. A valid driver's license and the ability to meet dealership driving requirements. Previous automotive sales experience is welcome but is not required. Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or other sales positions is also valuable. Bilingual and multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
