This position is available immediately with ability to start immediately. Work expectations are 32-40 hours per week total with one of the days on a weekend. Daily store hours 9am-10pm Nick Kuchar Art & Vintage is a creative driven, community focused company based around Nick's art and vision. The customer service superstar we're looking for is curious to learn, friendly, inviting and able to give our customers a great shopping experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

Exemplify an optimistic and energetic presence through team collaboration while building strong relationships with customers to maximize customer loyalty. Demonstrate a customer centric mindset by role modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer and product. Generate pride and loyalty in the store. Deliver results and contribute to the store's success. Awareness of and accountable to store and individual goals. Ensure product is always available to the customer and represented in a compelling way. Ensure store is consistently restocked and customer ready every day meeting brand standards on the sales floor and back-of-house. Provide solutions and inspiration to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION

Want to be part of the vision for Nick Kuchar Art & Vintage High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Curious to learn new things Are confident and motivated by the opportunity to interact with customers and helping them bring their individual tastes to life. Have strong communication, customer influencing and time management skills. Enjoy being part of a team environment. Preferably have previous retail and/or customer service experience. Shopify a plus Have availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings, holidays to meet the needs of the business. One weekend day availability per week is a requirement Can safely lift 25 lbs. and can maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom. Japanese speaking/multi-lingual is a plus Ability to work occasionally in Kailua Nick Kuchar Shop a plus Compensation commensurate with experience.
