Help guests book unforgettable ocean excursions directly from our resort lobby sales desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist resort guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Provide information about Hawaii Nautical's ocean tours and excursions Book and process reservations for tours and activities Promote products and excursions to maximize sales and guest satisfaction Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing sales area Handle credit card digital payments with accuracy and integrity Answer guest questions and provide helpful recommendations Communicate effectively with tour teams and resort staff as needed Monitor inventory and restock displays or brochures as necessary Uphold a high standard of customer service at all times Follow all safety procedures and company policies, including passing a required drug test If you're ready to join a dynamic team, make great commissions, and work with happy travelers in paradise, we'd love to hear from you!
