Join our wholesale team and spend your season in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work truly matters. We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team. Whether you already have nursery experience or simply have an interest in plants and are eager to learn, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

Accurately pull and prepare plant orders for our wholesale customers Inspect plants to ensure they meet our high-quality standards Care for plants through watering, pruning, and monitoring for pests or disease Load and unload plants and materials for deliveries and customer pickups Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient nursery environment Operate equipment and machinery (training provided) Work closely with a supportive team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and dependable with your own transportation Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout the day Be willing to work the occasional weekend day when called upon Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work A positive attitude and willingness to learn Nursery or plant experience is a bonus — but not required Why Join Us?
