Job Description

As a Movie Theatre Crew Member, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable movie-going experience. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including ticket sales, concessions, cleaning, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Address inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive movie-going experience.
Ticket Sales:
Sell tickets, process transactions, and manage cash and electronic payment systems accurately.
Concessions:
Prepare and sell food and beverages, including popcorn, candy, and drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand.
Theatre Maintenance:
Ensure that auditoriums are clean and prepared before and after each screening. Perform routine cleaning and restocking duties.
Crowd Management:
Assist with crowd control and ensure that guests follow theatre policies and procedures.
Safety and Security:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications:
Customer-Focused:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Communication:
Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment. Attention to
Detail:
High level of attention to detail in handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and following procedures.
Flexibility:
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
