Our client is currently seeking a
Team Lead Location:
Dubuque, IA Duration:
24 Months (Possible Extension) Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of production associates, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, and Delivery standards while clearly communicating roles and expectations. Partner with management to develop production schedules and ensure operational goals and production targets are achieved. Assess team capabilities, identify skill gaps, and facilitate ongoing training and development initiatives. Provide regular coaching, constructive performance feedback, and accountability to drive individual and team success. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee engagement and implementation of process enhancement ideas. Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, based on business and production requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership abilities with a proven capability to motivate and develop diverse teams in a collaborative work environment. Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team-based settings. Strong decision-making skills, capable of assessing situations and taking timely, informed action. Knowledge of workplace safety standards, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
