Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders at the front counter with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Take customer orders, upsell menu items, and provide product recommendations to enhance sales opportunities Prepare food items according to safety standards and company procedures, including handling kitchen equipment and food preparation tasks Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Manage cash register operations by processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse customers Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous but not required—training will be provided Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Food safety knowledge or certification is preferred; willingness to learn sanitation standards is essential Retail sales experience or grocery store background can be beneficial for understanding product presentation and upselling techniques This role offers an exciting chance to develop your skills within the vibrant food industry while providing excellent service that makes every customer's visit memorable.
