Job description We are hiring motivated Retail Sales Associates (Mobile Accessories & Repairs) who understand this is a sales-driven role , not a cashier or clerk position. Your primary responsibility is to engage customers, identify needs, and close sales on mobile accessories such as cases, chargers, screen protectors, headphones, and phone protection plans. While we do offer phone repairs and will train you in repair work, success in this role is measured first by sales performance and customer experience . You will lead customer interactions from start to finish—educating, recommending, and closing—while confidently presenting protection solutions and add-ons. Technical repair skills are learned over time and support the sales process rather than replace it. What You'll Do You will greet and engage customers and take ownership of each interaction. You will ask questions to understand device needs and recommend accessories, screen protectors, headphones, and protection plans. You will confidently explain pricing, value, and benefits and close the sale. You will consistently upsell and cross-sell complementary products. You will process transactions and returns accurately and maintain clean, fully stocked displays. As part of your training, you will learn to diagnose devices and perform phone repairs such as screen and battery replacements. You will communicate customer feedback and sales results to management and support the team during peak traffic times. What We're Looking For You have experience in sales or retail—or a strong desire to learn sales in a performance-based environment. You are comfortable recommending products and asking for the sale. You communicate clearly and professionally and build trust quickly. You can thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. You are reliable, adaptable, and available for opening, closing, and weekend shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. No repair experience is necessary—we train. Important Note This is not a clerk or cashier position . The role is sales-first , with phone repair skills developed through training.
