Alfredo Laferte, Talent Attraction Expert Production Cell Lead Purpose of the role The role of the Cell Lead is to lead the line team to both set and achieve continuous performance improvement aligned with the site and market requirements. The Cell Lead owns the performance of the line 24 hours a day, every day, and is responsible for developing the team, for implementing the integrated work system (IWS) operating standards, and for achieving the results for their lines. Responsibilities 24-hour, multiple shift accountability for results understood as safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity and costs for assigned Cell; Owner of Cell DDS (Daily Direction Setting), responsible for DDS findings follow up and ensuring their execution. Develop short term (24-hour) & mid-term ( Assessment tests > Interviews > Offer. Each step is eliminatory and may vary by role type.
