Full Job Description Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their preferences and needs
• Educate customers on the different strains, products, and consumption methods available
• Upsell products and promote specials or promotions to increase sales
• Conduct product demos and provide guidance on proper usage and dosage
• Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
• or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus Please note that this position involves working with marijuana products.
